1. How much does an urgent care visit cost?
A visit at AnnieVet has an initial cost of $160. Any tests, treatments, other services or medications are additional. We are happy to provide an estimate for all expected costs once we have assessed your animal and developed the best treatment plan.
2. Do you take appointments?
We are a walk-in clinic and you are welcome to come in anytime we are open! Please understand that as an urgent care, patients are seen in order of severity, and emergencies will be prioritized. Calling us prior to coming in can help us reduce wait times and expedite your visit.
3. Can you be my primary vet?
AnnieVet is currently an urgent care clinic, and we recommend that you keep a relationship with your primary vet for wellness exams and other routine visits. However, if you have an urgent problem, cannot get in at your vet, or have been referred to us by your vet- please don’t hesitate to come see us! We do make an exception and provide wellness care for some exotic species, since there are limited options for these pets.
4. Do you provide end of life care and euthanasia services?
Yes, we provide quality of life exams, end of life care, euthanasia services, and pet cremation options. We know this is a difficult subject and strive to meet you and your pet with compassion and understanding.
5. Do you issue health certificates?
Yes, if you’re on a tight timeline and need a health certificate in a pinch, we can do that for you!
